Home Tuition Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Tuition Tutor to join our educational support team. The successful candidate will provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring sessions within students’ homes, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages academic growth and confidence. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ educational journeys by tailoring instruction to individual needs across various subjects and age groups. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with children, including those requiring special education support.

Job Description: Home Tuition Tutor

Location: Rhyl

Pay Rate: upto £27 per hour

Days required: VARIOUS

Role: Responsible for the delivery of Home Tuition to leaners who cannot access mainstream education.

Key Duties:

· Plan and deliver engaging and motivating lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with higher needs

· Design and develop resources to support the delivery of home tuition sessions

· Responsible for the reporting of learner progress, attendance and attainment

· Accurate and timely reporting procedures, including safeguarding

Skills and abilities:

· Qualified Teacher

· ALN experience

· Ability to build relationships with young people

· Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders

· Ability to develop lesson plans and resources to meet the needs of learners

· Awareness of National Curriculum and relevant key stages

· Driving licence and access to own vehicle
