Duties:

• Support the social and emotional development of pupils through positive behavior management techniques
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching approaches and share best practices
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events to enhance instructional skills
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and behavioral incidents
• Contribute to the overall well-being of students by promoting a safe, welcoming classroom atmosphere
